Attendees will walk away with tangible insights into how to leverage AI and data to build products that drive real-world outcomes, improve the customer experience, and drive success. This session will also feature stories of real people using GoFundMe’s AI-powered products to deliver more help.
Sobre Arnie Katz
Arnie leads product, design, data and technology at GoFundMe. Throughout his career, Arnie has relied on data-driven and customer-focused decision making, with an emphasis on modernizing platforms and increasing development velocity. In a prior role as CPTO of StubHub, he was part of the team that successfully sold the business out of eBay. At Walmart, Arnie served as Vice President of International eCommerce, where he was responsible for product, technology, and design, and led a global team developing eight eCommerce platforms. Before Walmart, Arnie was Co-Founder and President of Relay Foods, an online grocery company focused on healthy, responsibly sourced groceries. Arnie holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the Technion in Israel.
