8. Image use authorization

Photographs and/or audio and video recordings made during Events by Nerdearla, or by third parties on behalf of Nerdearla, may include the Participant's image, name, voice and/or likeness. By attending and/or participating in the Events, the Participant grants Nerdearla perpetual permission to use, and sublicense to third parties, their photograph, image, voice and statements (whether written or oral) for any purpose, including, without limitation, commercial purposes, without compensation or credit to the Participant, in all existing and future media, worldwide.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. In case of significant changes, we will notify you through a notification in the community or by email.
