We have the honor and privilege to have Andrew S. Tanenbaum (aka AST) as one of our distinguished speakers at Nerdearla Argentina 2025. Tanenbaum received the BS degree from MIT and the PhD degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a professor of computer science at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. His research interests focus on operating systems and computer security. He was awarded the USENIX Flame Award in 2008. He is a fellow of the IEEE and the ACM. Show less
