Entrevistando a Lazarus: hablando con agentes de Corea del Norte cuenta una experiencia poco habitual: sentarse a entrevistar directamente a quienes intentan infiltrarse en empresas mexicanas y del resto de LATAM haciéndose pasar por trabajadores IT. A lo largo de la charla reconstruimos ese proceso desde dos miradas, Talent Acquisition y Threat Mangement, para mostrar cómo operan estos agentes, cómo atraviesan procesos de selección reales y qué señales permiten identificarlos antes de que sea tarde. Lejos de lo teórico, analizamos casos concretos y desarmamos el esquema completo de falsos trabajadores de la RPDC, desde el primer contacto hasta su posible inserción en una compañía.
